Brigitte's Pastries
French Pastries baked by Brigitte since 2005 on Salt Spring Island: Cannelés de Bordeaux is a small cake, specialty from Bordeaux in France, caramelized outside, chewy inside. Assorted tartes individual or bigger sizes are baked with butter and fresh fruits. Assorted French biscuits: palets bretons, madeleines, hazelnut cookies and also French chocolate muffins, orange muffin both with almonds.
